Sage

Sages are mages who understand the workings of magic and perform them as if they were equations. Sages specialize in continuous damage and disrupting opponents, using the opponents’ resources against the owners. They are able to relate their spells to physical attacks, cast double spells and while moving, and many other tricks. They can wield books, staffs, wands and daggers, and can evolve (transcend) to Professor.
